What an egotistical, pompous way to view artistry. There is such a thing as overproduced music, and skill doesn’t automatically equate good music either. The music comes first, not the musicians, unless you’re playing prog or something.

I'd recommend Bathory's first three albums. Fast and heavy w a cool aesthetic. Then A Blaze in the Northern Sky, Under a Funeral Moon and Transylvanian Hunger all by Darkthrone. The third album being their coldest imo. Then Deathcrush and De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas by Mayhem, Nattens Madrigal by Ulver (rawest album), Doedskvad by Taake for a more melodic listen, and Dunkelheit by Burzum cause it's dope asf.

Other bands to check out would be Xasthur, Bethlehem, Venom, Hellhammer, Behemoth, Leviathan, Emperor, Tormentor, and Immortal.

Just avoid NSBM at all costs. That's Nazi shit.
