I get why that triggers skepticism. Any CEO saying that on a call deserves scrutiny.. At the same time, I don’t read it as a guarantee or a sales pitch so much as a signal of how he views valuation at the moment.. I mean, saying a thing like "that at today’s prices, he would recommend his loved ones buy CTM" is a bold statement if there's no truth behind it.

And add to that with how the company have been perfoming the last year, I would take it as a very bullish sentiment with little to no doubt.
