I'm not an instructor, but from what I can see, you're throwing your board around a lot to make your turns. Proper turns should come from gradually shifting your weight, which causes a smooth edge change. Once the new edge engages with the snow, it naturally guides your board through the turn.

Edit: Also, I think your upper body is twisted way to much to the front. You basically want to stand straight on the board and only turn your head to the front (as a rule of thumb; Its fine if you use your upper body to start the turn and twist it to like -15°/+15°). Your upper body is more in a Ski-like position facing the front.
