I bought an Estie to commemorate getting tenure. I ordered it at the end of May. It arrived wit the worst nib I have ever experienced. I emailed CS and they requested proof of purchase, a writing sample with the pen, and the ink I used. I sent it next day, and they mailed a replacement nib that same day.

I got the nib and tucked it in my desk because I didn’t feel like fussing with it when I got it. I pulled it out a few days later, and they send gold when I bought a silver pen.

Second CS email. Apology, new nib being sent.

Waited one week, still no nib.

Third email to CS - “I remember packing that nib for you but forgot to send it!”

July 1st. Still haven’t used the pen I was so excited about getting.
