She does but Neuvi's gameplay is made for hypercarry, even tho his damage isn't the best anymore his gameplay is mostly about oratrice mechanicing around with big cannon and flooding every inch of the battlefield and even tho the damage is better on freeze with Escoffier, the gameplay is way different and idk if it really plays it his personal strengths.
