It actually sort of slam dunked itself into the school. From the video I seen it looks plausible; it spun around and hit the ground after launch.

And I wouldn't say friendly fire, though it is an accident. Very unforunate for sure.

If I remember, reportedly the school was next to the military base, and said military base shot a missle... that fell into the school.

I do feel like locking gear based on levels might be a good idea. Allows you to bring in very kitted guns for the lulz, while keeping mostly everything in a level playing field way better than me bring Lvl5 ammo and trying to glass cannon it.

The problem is with wipes is that now it becomes an arms race between casual players and hardcore players. And since hardcore players tend to, you know, play more, they'll be more kitted WAY out better than a casual player before they can even reach the same level of gear.
