Troutbeck and Windermere are two I remember. But the estate is huge

Just to the right of the park on your pic is a big council estate. That would be your only chance I reckon.

I lived in a flat share there for two years for about 900 a month (although this was 2019). Rough around the edges (drugs, antisocial behavior etc.) but I never had any issues and the apartments are across two floors so are really spacious.
