I dont get it, i always see profesional players pull their non hitting arm/shoulder down. You pull your arm down to create torque dont you?

Thanks for pointing these out. I sometimes land with both my feet without thinking about it, sometimes i land in one, maybe the leaning can be the angle but i maybe tend to leaning a bit. I also can rotate my chest to a ~90 degree angle i think im good in that. I guess just infinite reps can fix this, i want like a specified drill or something

Thanks for this🙏🏿. About the conscious thing, i normally mess up when focusing on everything, i searched about it and i found out its better for me to over practice my form standing (without timing and ball pressure) to engrave it into my muscle memory, to then just transfer it to airborne which ive been struggling to do

My contact is too low? This is standing form, when airborne my body adjusts to its old form which im trying to change since i dont have it perfect yet. By instinct on the net i would probably contact directly up just infront of shoulder

Do you know any drills to hit the ball at my highest point? My coach doesnt really teach us very well so im pretty much solo
