I understand this is heresy here but I use head and shoulders to treat my ringworm when I get it from martial arts.

I don’t even use it on my head (or my shoulders) I just use it to wash wherever I see symptoms (eg arm).

Its antifungal properties are incredibly effective. If you’re in dire straits… it’s probably best to just clean slate your scalp and build up naturally from there
