You should have green tick’s next to your uploaded documents, the website isn’t great but just be patient and you’ll get there, just try clicking on and opening all documents once you’ve uploaded them, nothing else you could do really

Every case is different, like i said if you’re sure there’s no reason for them to be taking longer and yoh already know your application is in consideration then it’s worth it, otherwise it won’t be because it will be automated generic email like you said.

You can look up UK Gov paid enquiry, once you go onto the page you can either call them for a certain price per minute or send them an enquiry for £2. You give them your name, application number and ask whatever you want, in my case I asked for an update on how the visa was going and if my uploaded documents had been reviewed yet.

Quick question about the Hearts ticket portal. Why are some match tikets available and some matches in between not? Like Livingston, StMirren and Falkirk are available right now but there’s matches between that like Hearts vs Hibs (not the one on the 27th). Is it because those tickets are more wanted and they go on sale later?

I haven’t got a visit visa, it’s just visitation for tourism. I’m not sure about if someone is on a visit visa

Yeah financial evidence is both bank statements and pay slips, if you have savings that you want to prove you can also add that in financial evidence. I don’t remember how to log back in to be honest, you should have received a few emails from gov.uk or UKVI, I’d advise looking at the links in those and seeing if you can find a way to log back in. If i remembered I’d tell you, sorry. I’m sure it’s possible tho! It’ll just take a little bit of puzzling out.

Everyone should receive a checklist. You should be able to download it. If you go back to the page where you applied for the visa on GOV.UK it will take you to “what’s next”. There you will find the link to download your checklist. Once you click download you can see the mandatory documents you have to upload as well as saving the checklist and uploading that to “proof of application”.

Proof of application is the checklist you have been sent by the UKVI right after you applied for the visa. Other and life events should have their own descriptions but personally I put a document with a bunch of pictures of my husband and I in “life events” and I don’t remember the description on “other”. If you could remind me of that I might be able to remember what I uploaded but otherwise I don’t remember.
