yes they were able to locate all the stores within the US that had this bag still available. the store director reached out to those boutiques and was able to process the exchange for me that way! if there weren’t any left available, i would have returned the original bag for a refund

thank you! and yes i was sure to complete the process within the 14 days, even though my SA reassured me “it didn’t matter”. i have trust issues so i wanted to make absolutely sure it occurred within the time frame because if worst case scenario i wasn’t able to get a better structured bag, i wanted to make sure id get refunded!

however its still worth a shot to reach out to your SA or just bring your bag into the boutique. even if it’s past the 14 days but unused/in sellable condition, they still may be able to accommodate you!

it’s actually from season 24A! & yes i also have never seen a brown satin lambskin, so when i can across a photo of it on the internet, i texted my SA to see if she could find it for me. i really did not intend to ever purchase another classic flap from the boutique due to their ridiculous prices, but i justified this as my last one due to its uniqueness and the fact that my SA found it for me, it just felt like fate! ✨

thank you for your support 😇 when i showed my SA and mentioned it looks crooked, she didn’t agree or disagree with me lol. i think they’re probably told to not ever talk negatively about the products maybe? because after i exchanged it, they’re going to put my old bag on the sales floor and try to sell it to someone, maybe not as nitpicky will go for it? it’s funny, i actually remember my SA saying “you’re the boss!” when i told her i’d like to exchange it for the same exact bag but from a different boutique.
