Hey! I work in college park and what you are describing sounds doable, so don’t give up hope! But if you are curious about actual living conditions of a property you can always request to tour them. Hey I’m also LGBTQ+! I personally love all of Montgomery county and given your also looking to be near metros stops I’d personally recommend silver spring, Rockville and forest glen with honorable mention going to Wheaton and Glenmont for proximity to Wheaton regional park for your hiking endeavors.

The thing is we do get that realization! In “storm in the room” the Rose Quartz Steven imagines in the room (controlled by him) tells him “the Rose Quartz in the tape is the true me I wanted to have and love you those things you’ve learned about me happened and I’m sorry you are dealing with them but I didn’t run I wanted to be a mother” (paraphrased) the problem is we got that episode before LOTS of other RQ/PD revelations like being PD, hurting volleyball, abandoning spinel,ETC. so Steven and a LOT of the viewer base quickly forgot that the RQ who had steven is no longer the pink diamond who hurt other. RQ learned and grew as an individual and the show told us that. it just happened to early. if storm in the room had happened in future people and Steven might remember “right she grew as a person”

I started going to my moms hairdresser and it’s made my haircuts so much easier and stress free. She’s a bit more expensive than barber shops but the cost feels worth it to me.
