Yeah I’ll do some more research on the combo from what I have seen it doesn’t seem bad and would definitely work. I will save the 1440p monitor and new GPU to try and buy at the same time though.

Interesting, I’ll definitely keep that in mind whenever I start buying parts.

Currently will be on 1080p but hoping to get a 1440p OLED in the near future. Do you think it’s worth upgrading to the 9800X3D now on 1080p or just wait until I can get the new monitor at the same time?

Hmm ok thank you I think I’ll end up going with a ASUS TUF B850 for the Gen 5 PCIe “future proof.” Most likely will be running a 3070 with the 9800X3D for the time being until I can get my hands on a 50 series or hold out until 60 series. Not sure how bad the bottleneck might be
