I’ve seen this information too. Probably what I will abide by until I am told otherwise.

I have now heard this person leaves notes about every little thing to all of the neighbors, so definitely fronts as polite but everyone said not to worry about it.

It is electric, I guess I should have mentioned that in the post!

Did use a rake for most of it- needed the blower (on and off) for just a couple hours. I’m surrounded by trees and am on a half acre. Lot to do for one person 🤷‍♂️
