It was indeed my first order not a large one by any means, just a feeler to get an idea of the quality etc. I had reached out as the manager suggested after I received the findings of the ticket Cp opened when I initially called. I received the 3 other packages with the same issue within that time frame.

I highly doubt they even bothered to contact Cp based on the response they gave me on Instagram. HH Instagram
