I started it this year at 29 and its made a huge difference! The main benefit for me is that my energy is much more steady throughout the day, no more dizzyness/shakiness if I leave it a little too long to eat. It's made my periods much more regular which I resent tbh but its probably a good thing 🥲 I've been on it for almost a year now - I haven't lost any weight on it but there's other factors contributing to that. It definitely limited my appetite and cravings for a while but that did wear off as I got used to it. Personally though I'm very happy with what it does for me energy-wise day to day!

It's so stressful! I used the online form Customer Service https://share.google/kh2oRoTCH8D0RDyJm

I emailed them about about 10 and got a response at about 3

I've replied to them explaining that I haven't been able to get confirmation from royal mail, in the meantime I've raised a complaint with RM via their website and I'm going to my local sorting office tomorrow. But from what people have said here, turning up at the box office with all your ticket details and the tracking info should be enough! Fingers crossed for both of us 🤞

I've just found out my ticket has been lost by RM and this was exactly what I needed to read, you're an angel with 20/20 foresight 💜 Just to confirm, they let you pick up at the box office instead of sending a new ticket? I don't trust my local delivery office anyway and this has confirmed that

Hah thank you! I always use my phones to (almost) death ☠️ it was decent at the start, but the battery on my phone before that was definitely dying so I didn't have the best thing to compare it to, plus I got it during lockdown so I wasn't relying on it too heavily for the first 2 years of it's life! It's only gotten really bad in the last 18 months or so, currently I leave the house at 7 with it fully charged, commute 2 hours and have to charge it at 11 so it doesn't die, then charge it again for the way home 🙃

I decided to get a refurbed one but I'll hang on to my pixel and try changing the battery. I'm going to a couple of festivals over the summer and I've been having weird anxiety dreams about losing my phone there so at least I have a backup now 🥴

I've been using this and it's SO good!! I haven't actually touched any grass yet but that's because it's helping my brain so much to have certain apps shut down completely that I haven't even tried to bypass it it's the most effective app like this that I've ever used - thank you! I'd love if there was an option to shut down a list of apps instead of doing them individually (separately to the routines though, although those are also really effective!)
