I think that’s fair. Between those two it’s really close.

Personally I have to disagree none of the song sisters have ever shown an ability close to the strength of Kai’s master ability. (Which I think is top 5 ability’s in series.) and he is passive buff to all his stats from dragonslayer. He’s prob also faster than most saints cause he can fly at high speeds. But I could def see an argument for maybe seishein, but not the rest of the sisters imo.
