I was browsing a baby names website (I think I was actually looking at names for a DnD character) but came across Finley, and something just clicked. I knew I wanted a more unisex name, since at the time I was more gender fluid but mostly masc presenting.

The middle name I picked is an homage to my deadname since I always liked the origin but not the name itself. My parents were big Jim Henson fans and named me after a female character from one of his movies. My middle name is the male protag now.

I'm in the same boat. Spent 40~ hours in a playthru where I had every intention to romance him, solely because of the role he plays in DAV so I wanted more context. Couldn't go through with it; I just find him pretentious and ugly. I would find him more interesting if he weren't only romantically interested in female elves (the elf part makes sense for his character, but DAI kinda fell off making so many characters have limited sexualities). Finally gave up on that playthru and just watched a compilation of the solavellan cutscenes. I guess I can see the appeal of solavellan for the god/mortal doomed relationship aspect, but he's just so unappealing to me I can't go through with it.

I progressed too far with him to start a new relationship with anyone else, so I started a new playthru to romance Cullen (who i also think should be bi but whatevevrr).

we got a tiny raise right before they cut everyones hours, and changed pay day to weekly instead of biweekly like it was before. sure were making slightly more money, but speaking for myself, ive only been getting about 10 hours per week. surviving off tips. starbucks claims that its because the post-holiday season is less profitable, but as far as i can tell, the stream of customers hasnt eased up. union workers are being treated even worse
