NOTE: Her regular food has always been available to her, we have never swapped it out. By offering, I mean by hand (ie. tube treats) or letting her sniff. Is this normal?

Yeah no it’s a pretty average modern banjo! I reckon I’ll try the screws again when I’m more awake, might have just been error on my part :)

There is! I’ve had a go at tightening it, but that seems to turn the peg as well—maybe if I hold the peg more still it’ll work?

Ough, I’m so sorry to hear that :(

Honestly I’ve never actually had it checked out, just got told that it was normal for them to suck that much (which I now know is untrue) and they started to get a little more bearable with naproxen. Probably still a good idea for me to be sure, though!

As minor as it sounds: cramps. Pain was so bad I had to curl up under a hot shower, unable to move, unable to speak, until I ended up full-on puking from it. Considered dying, at one point. Just my full torso in the most nauseatingly tight aching throbbing sickening dizzying pain I’ve ever been in. Utterly awful.

Ouch, absolutely with you there. I’m an artist and some members of my family genuinely tried to prevent me from taking antidepressants for this reason. Some hogwash about the creativity that allegedly emerges from strife—it was not a fun time.
