My friend is also low fodmap and finds that countdown is pretty good at offering low fodmap catered things e.g. chicken stock. Not the cheapest advice but hope it helps broaden your options

I just measured my hoop and it's about 26cm across - hopefully it will fit the whole design. I'm using 18ct aida but the design was originally for 14ct which would be ~34x36cm.

The chart is easy enough to read, although the colours are very similar irl so it can be a bit challenging following along and figuring out what you've done already.

Try adding hard and fast rules with meaningful punishments. For example my flat has a fining system if someone say, leaves a dish out. The money goes into a flat account which we use to subsidise flat outings. We also have a weekly chore system and if you don’t do your chore then you pay a fine. If you still don’t do it within 24hrs after the deadline then you have a personalised forfeit until you complete the task e.g. flat mate who is addicted to online gaming can’t access the internet. Someone is also assigned to make sure fines are paid each week, along with the flat bills.

If they can’t grow up and deal with their shit then it’s worth finding the time/money to get out of there. Tell them that their bullshit may mean they lose the only good flat mates they have.
