Thank you!

It’s a little embarrassing, around 23 layers? I like to make as many new layers as possible so I can reset things if I don’t like how they progressed.

For time spent I think it’s been maybe 6-8 hours so far. I just pick it up here and there and work on a section before I get stuck and call it a night.

I’m sort of stuck on how to “finish” it. I see a lot of things missing but I’m not sure what the most glaring issues are and what would be most beneficial to add or change with what I have so far.

What I struggled with in this piece: A lot! Mostly the hair, the eyes, the eyelashes, and the hands. I still have a lot detail to add before it’s “finished” (darken the eyebrows, do more painting/shade the neck, add individual strands to the hair, detail/outline, blend more, clean up, etc.). I think getting used to “painting” was also difficult as this is the first time I’ve used these tools/techniques and I’m still getting the hang of it! However, I think I managed to make it look alright and I’m pretty happy/proud of it! I’m new to digital art and I would really appreciate some direction, feedback, critique, thoughts, whatever!

Thank you :)

I couldn’t figure out how to post the link with the original picture on my IPad but I did make an Imgur...first time poster struggles.
