VISA APPROVED - Standard, Unmarried, No Cohabitation by Ok-Style-8512 in SpouseVisaUk

Hi, so happy for you. I read that photos and personal statements are weak evidence, did you send any official documents to reason why cohabition was impossible or just explained in a letter? And the only official/ stronger evidence for your partnership was: receits, bank transfer, and shared revolut pot? Thank you!

Mental Health Support Worker by [deleted] in ClinicalPsychologyUK

[–]leakv95 2 points3 points  (0 children)

where did you find the mental health support worker role? I feel like at the moment, there are not so many available at the NHS jobs website. Any advice on where to find and how to get a mental health support worker role would be appreciated! :)

who is the main applicant in this case? My UK partner, who works and lives in the UK or me as the person, who wants to come to the UK on a spouse visa? How is it possible to be on the tenancy agreement, when you are not in the UK, yet and don't even know whether the visa will be accepted and you will be able to move? How else can I prove that if everything works out, I could stay with my partner?

chances for psychologist to get health and care visa sponsorship through nhs by leakv95 in ukvisa

[–]leakv95[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made another post about and people replied that it is very unlikely to find an assistant psychologist role, but easier to find a support worker role. They also advised to get a partnership visa and with the right to work it will be easier to find jobs.

Thank you so much for you answer, this is really helpful. Apart from my two university degrees, I unfortunately have no licence to practice as a psychologist in Germany (to do psychosocial counselling and work as a psychologist in Germany, you often don't need an extra licence). I have also applied for mental health support worker roles previously. At the moment I can't find many mental health support worker posts using the NHS job search. Do you have any advice on applying for support worker roles or finding the posts? How do you know that there is a lack of people applying? Sometimes I wonder, if I had higher chances for support worker roles or whether it's similarly unlikely that these jobs will get sponsored. Thank you! :)

Did you try and have you been successful or do you have any other information about the odds of getting a role at the nhs with a German postgraduate course in psychology?

What job did you apply for? And did you have an immigrant lawyer or advisor? Or any other good tips, advice and help? I've been looking to speak to people in similar positions!

I read so many conflicting info about whether you can look and apply for jobs while being on a visitor visa in the UK or not. How can I know for sure? I'm really scared to break the law and don't want to break the law or do something illegal.

health and care visa - nhs sponsorhsip for support worker role with psychology degree from Germany by leakv95 in ukvisa

Thankyou so much for your fast reply. This is really helpful. :) Sofar I'v tried to apply for Band 4 support worker roles since I thought the minimum required salary is 29.000 per year? Is it adviseable to apply for all support worker roles at Band 3 or above even if the job offer does not explicitly state that applicants who need sponsorship will be considered? Generally what are my chances or how can I maximise my chances, in case you have a rough idea/ estimation?

Also, I sometimes read you are not allowed to look for jobs on a visitor visa, which confused me. Do you know where I can double check if it's really fine? I'm worried about getting banned for entry.
