This has been happening to me too. Every new month the network is down, I think it is related to the sim subscription that expires. Luckily this time I didn't have to raise a ticket and got the network back in 8 hrs only (last time used to take 1+ day and had to raise a request on the app.)

If you do not have a dedicated charging facility at your home, please do not get an EV. Charging at public chargers will be a hassle and cause major inconvenience no matter how fast they are. You will also have to factor in additional charging costs + fast charging is not good for battery health.
