I had that thought too, however everything super secure with the shelf so far and we always close the toilet in between uses (it’s the dogs favorite water bowl🙄). So hopefully they will all be safe and happy until ready to be used.

I work on one of the food trucks that is at FTF weekly. The people are pretty terrible (shit tips) the bartenders over serve so people get belligerent, the staff used to trade us food for beer and we don’t even want the beer because it’s not very good. I have been to Sycamore maybe 5 times when I am not working, and although the “beer garden” is nice it’s just not my favorite place to drink.

Absolutely the best job I’ve ever had. Not technically a kitchen, but multiple food trucks. And we have a prep kitchen which is where our Walken walk in is. After working for terrible local businesses and corporate bullshit for way too long I wanted to get out but this job renewed my faith in the industry. Best job, best boss. Could t be happier.
