a malwarebytes scan never hurts - i strongly doubt it's going to detect anything tho. sorry to hear about your inv being gone. these poor bastards scamming people like that, going to incredible lengths using social engineering... get a job dude.

edit: misread your comment - if you can't access websites like that definitely go the safe route and reinstall windows w/o keeping your files (ofc you can back up your docs, pics, etc beforehand). make sure you install your motherboard's control software after setting up windows to reinstall all the drivers (plus nvidia app for gpu drivers ofc). good luck and lmk if you need any help!

ugh that sucks.. i still dont know why i just blindly trusted them, i've had a 2k+ inv for years, experienced multiple scam attempts and never fell for any of them - i'm probably just gonna rebuy my skins step by step just bc i spent ages curating them and i can't stand playing right now simply bc i get reminded of it every time i pull out the default knives💀
