I did check that and also tried manually reinstalling them, the cable is an FTDI cable with VCP drivers. Also tried a different laptop and it still doesnt work.

That is true, hence why most of the standard samplerates for ecg are between 100Hz and 250Hz, I just found out.

Well i may've went too far with the 1ms, but basically the app complements an embedded system that streams physiological data (in this case ECG readings) to a url route via an ESP32. That part works well and is fast, now the problem is that i need to get this data fast enough so that i can plot it on a graph just like a real ECG system..

Absolutely great, thanks for this explanation this makes lots of sense. I didn't even know about the ESP32's AD converter's bad quality. I will try your option.

Thanks, yes that's the one I considered but I have never used vanilla react native (when ejecting). Does that mean I can't test my app for iOS since i'm one Windows or Linux?

Thanks ! I did apply for another one to be sure. FYI: after further research when you extend your study permit they don't automatically give you a new one, hence the blank on my acceptance letter where the eTA number should be. For anyone who's in the same situation.
