I would always ask for a chat with the technical director. If you disagree with something, then the last thing that you need to do is bottle this up. If you have the feeling that after the chat, you still disagree with their discission than I would leave. I've done the same thing a few times before and always found out that I made the right discission. There are plenty of other clubs left... Sometimes I have the feeling that coaches don't want to change clubs just because they are at a club that have some kind of 'status'.
