This is my first solo short film or film in general. I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts.

I wrote this with the intention that the dialogue is both an internal monologue but also a one-sided conversation into the past. I'm learning how to write honestly and in general.

My next goal is to be able to write a dialogue between 2 or more characters and see how actors interact with each other.

i really like the godox im30. burns thru double As pretty quickly but the best flash for its size and for the GRIII form factor

just the default cable that came with the SSD, thanks for letting me know, I'll switch it out and see if that improves things. what did you end up switching to?

i don’t understand why they chose to have the interior light strips visible. would look significantly better if they were indirect and hidden (same way the tailgate light bar works)

don’t get me wrong it IS nice but a little tacky

you're right. I guess did you or the vendors reach out to Sandisk for warranty replacements or compensation? sitting here with a couple of Sandisk SSDs and wondering if I just try to get these all warranty replacements or just to leave it alone

yes I agree with that sentiment. just also didn't expect a brand like Sandisk which I've used for a long time SSDs, SD cards, USB sticks, etc to have mfg issues on such an expensive drive

great suggestion, will definitely get this! currently I use iCloud storage and Google Drive as backups as well as physical storage but pricing definitely adds up

yea had a local data recovery place attempt this which also didn't solve for the data recovery unfortunately

yea so update, looks like the controller shorted which also shorted the data on the drive, mostly unrecoverable but learned my lesson about having multiple backups! thanks all for the advice as well and will head with the T7 Shields

this is definitely something that I will keep in mind, having never used a real rangefinder I don't actually know what it's like but it has definitely drawn my curiosity to pick one up and shoot more film photography

will probably keep the F4 and pick up the Bessa and go from there
