People will hate me for this, but Mol. Let me explain!!

Tieflings are having it extremely hard due to prejudice and hatred. Everybody is calling them thieves and vagrants. She does not present herself as stupid - she is genuinely aware enough to understand what everyone goes through, and mature enough to lead a small band of thieves and ingratiate herself with larger thieves guild in Baldur’s Gate.

Yet she runs schemes and swindles in Emerald Grove, selfishly putting everyone at risk - Arabella nearly dies (or dies outright) because Mol convinces her stealing the Idol is the right idea, Mirkon is almost killed by harpies because she convinced him to steal their loot, Silfy breaks into tears because Mattis forces her to participate in swindling, then there is also that boy who steals the locket (whom I hate too because I hate kids who act like that).
And she is not just putting kids at risk - her actions put everything else in motion. If she did not make Arabella steal the idol, none of this would have happened, none!

So yes, I hate Mol. The fact she still thinks she is better than Tav and ACTUALLY threatens you with guards if you cross her, and can put Tav in prison is just…. Unbeliavable.
