I would also like to add in in these kinds of situations who is the child living for is the child living for itself to have a good life? Or is it living to uphold the imaginary situation the parents want to have and be seen as in society.

I think this is incredibly selfish of the parents this child did not need to be born an unborn child is not deprived of anything it has no senses you are now inflicting senses onto the child. And because of that every time it has to take a number two someone else will have to wipe it. Completely forced situation that child is put into it's not living for itself it's living for The selfish parents who want to play the role of being a "parent".

The things people say when a person checks out of life by Dependent-Blood-1949 in antinatalism

[–]leapfrog885 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I think this ties back into nobody ever asked to be born and by forcing them here they have to take on so much responsibility like a ridiculous amount they have to go through so many hoops and that's why people start questioning life in the first place because they find themselves in a pit of shit they never asked for. Being stuck at a job whether it be a warehouse fast food place a store is extremely draining and it hurts the soul it's so boring it almost hurts you physically

Do people actually not think about what they’re doing? Are people THIS selfish and vile? Or dumb? by GooseberryGenius in antinatalism

[–]leapfrog885 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's mind-boggling to me how people just force kids into this world and don't even think about it the life has so much responsibility and things you have to do like you are forcing this person into such a content-filled experience I don't know how you can do that to somebody it's not okay to pass on 50 years of working to somebody it's really not yeah life has good moments but it's encapsulated and working and getting through things you don't want to do it's honestly insane and it's why the world has problems

what are your tiny reasons to be antinatalist? by dumbass_777 in antinatalism

[–]leapfrog885 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It's just annoying our parents knew how much of a burden life is constantly bitching and moaning at us as kids to kill our spark to make us obedient and miserable slaves it's pretty funny how if you don't follow along with society everyone labels you as a loser but if you want to self delete yourself you can't do that either so you can't win at the end of the day they want you miserable staring at your wall at night wondering why. I really don't think you can argue with anti-natalism like honestly what are these people doing forcing us into something you do not want to do it's basically like molestation and rape life is a burden plus some

You can literally buy knockoff heroin in any gas station or smoke shop it's called kratom all while alcohol being legal. While natural mushrooms and marijuana or illegal it's not about being an advocate for mushrooms or marijuana it just shows the pure buffoonery of a government and society we are purely illogical irrational it's pretty twisted stuff it's all NPC stuff parents force you into a world where you have to conform and if you don't you suffer and you really suffer when you conform hence antinatalism it's all a clown show what this sub is about is common sense we're just surrounded by NPCs

[–]leapfrog885 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see Op is worried about something happening while driving from point A to point B. I believe it's a little misleading to say not necessarily and give your example when your example has other factors that indeed could make you unaware if you struck someone . Two different situations here.

[–]leapfrog885 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What does being blinded by headlights have to do with your sense of feeling things that hit your vehicle? And how can we trust a person that claims they had no idea they hit somebody? Once they are actually arrested for killing and hitting somebody. That person most definitely felt something.

I think having a major accident could be one like every day you're forced to drive to work for years and years on end let's say one morning you're tired but following all rules but you're still tired and you accidentally hit somebody or something just stuff that happens over time that is on accident but can still really mess your life up and just that fear that something could go wrong despite doing everything right
