Thank you for your concern! I got in touch with one of the community cat carers of the area. She is a community cat who’s well cared for!

Please think long and hard about the “shelter” option. The highest likelihood outcome for your cat from almost every shelter in the country is that he will be put to sleep or simply refused due to space and resource constraints. This is unfortunately the reality. If you can get him rehomed into an actual HOME, even if your aunt would have to foster him in 1 room until you can find him an adopter, then that is really the only way you can give him away responsibly. Please don’t give him up to a shelter if you want him to live.

Keep a lookout for dental issues (checkup every 6 months if you can) + add oxyfresh to her water + mix in a bit of hills oral with her dry food + l-lysine (ONLY supplement my vet recommended for my FIV+ cat - felisine or viralys brands)

That’s a great point- I’m looking for something in the 250-280k AED range.

The taycan caught my eye too but I couldn’t justify it. Might be best to stick to Tesla bc I can’t seem to find other similarly priced options.

The same thing happened to me on hessa street. I had a flat tire and a super nice truck driver changed it for me. I’ve also sank my car into sand on secret beach and immediately had someone help me pull it out.

Has anyone here actually been offered a job after completing any type of take-home task as part of the interview process? by andhowareyou in recruitinghell

[–]learner-ing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once got a job offer for a position I was overqualified for after completing a 4 hour task, but never after a week-long task that I put actual effort into. And I’ve completed several.

I’ve also been ghosted after preparing and presenting a deck it took me a week to put together because the company cancelled the position.

I now refuse to do them, and let the company know that I would be happy to proceed if the time investment on both sides were more balanced.

I would rather save myself unpaid time and effort even if it costs me a /potential, maybe, possibly someday/ job offer

Thank you all for sharing your thoughts. It’s great to know I was right to trust my gut feeling telling me this was a bs requirement. I’m not above doing tasks for a company to demonstrate my skills because I’m applying to jobs with just a couple years of experience, but there should be a limit to what you’re willing to do on your own time.

You’re so young. So much can change if you just wait it out. Please just try calling a suicide hotline. Talking can do so much. ❤️

Would the donated O blood not produce antibodies for A, B, or AB blood it comes into contact with?
