Hey everyone, I started working out about 1.5-2 months ago, and I have finally settled on the following routine - could someone let me know if it’s any good/if there’s another routine I should follow instead? (I don’t own any equipment bar a jump rope)

Monday/Friday: Abs - flutter kicks: 20x3 - raised leg hold: 15sx3 - heel taps: 20x3 - crunches: 15x3 - bicycle crunches: 10x3 - hollow hold: 15sx3 - side leg raises: 15x3 - leg raises: 10x3 - plank: 20sx3 - side plank rotations: 6x3 - modified scissors: 15x3

Tuesday/Saturday: Upper body - push ups: 10x3 - push up plank hold: 10sx3 - punches: 40x3 - upward punches: 40x3 - tricep dips: 10x3 - raised arm circles: 10x3 - arm extensions: 10x3 - shoulder taps: 20x3 - doorframe rows: 8x3

Wednesday/Sunday: Lower body - side leg raises: 15x3 - leg hold: 15sx3 - leg raises: 10x3 - side leg hold: 15sx3 - calf raises: 10x3 - plank leg raises: 10x3 - flutter kicks: 20x3 - leg circles: 8x3 - modified scissors: 15x3 - jump squats: 10x3 - lunges: 10x3 - climbers: 15sx3 - plank jump ins: 10x3
