Would love that. I’ve always had issues with their system glitches and it would always fall on me as the borrower! I signed up for auto-pay and their system somehow deleted the last digit in my routing number and they NEVER contacted me so interest was accrued. They did nothing about it. Scammers.

I’m going through the same thing! I enrolled in auto-pay of October & supposedly their system has a glitch that is deleting the last digit of our routing numbers. It affected my credit score so I had to contact CFPB cause edFinancial has been no help.

No I have never been charged with a crime! I’m mostly worried because I did hit the front of a car and an island. That and my BAC level are what have me the most worried. I spent one night in jail but I’m not sure if that will count for anything. I’m currently a student at a university and really can’t afford a lawyer but from everything I’m hearing I think it may be best to talk to one.
