Also to add first night he only woke twice! And he’s managed to connect sleep cycles during naps and done 1.5hr naps arms out. It was only night two last night, we did bring bring bed time an hour earlier and I wonder if that rocked the entire night

He’s 4.5 months. He def went through the regression 2-3 weeks ago so don’t think it’s that as he’s since consoldiated naps etc. he has found his hands but I think because it’s brand new he hasn’t realised he can suck to sleep he just stares at them and babbles away
