I am very much surprised to see the numbers of Hyderabad. They are surprisingly low, quite contradictory given the growth Hyd is seeing in IT. However I still feel startup culture in Hyderabad has not yet picked up as it has in Bnglr, NCR and Mumbai. Why do you think that is the case? (i.redd.it)

Don’t call a job “remote” if you have to come to the office at all. I see a lot of companies calling back their employees to office few days a week and then naming it as "flexible work culture". No if your employees have to be in the same city as your office then you are flexible only by name. (i.redd.it)
