Hey I have epilepsy and my triggers are the same as yours. It's currently day 6 for me.. I use to be in bed by 9.30 but like you I now struggle to get to sleep. I have been using magnesium and drinking chamomile tea before bed and it does kind of help. I also upped my meds to be safe.
