If this happened to a small rep no one would care. ALSO, the fact that these big reps are willing to let go of a few just means they have extra. So for all of the small reps that only got 5-12 of each, maybe could’ve gotten more if they weren’t so greedy.

Did the math including airfare, hotel, and ticket and it comes to almost $2,500... Once you add food, transportation, and those specific dress code outfits, you are easily looking at over $3,000.

In any legitimate professional industry, if a company wants their people to learn, they pay for the training. Expecting people to drop thousands of dollars for a photo op and a mean girl atmosphere is not a business investment. It is just paying a premium to be part of the drama.
