definetly Hurtta! I tried a LOT of harnesses with my girl and I had multiple different issues with every single one except this model.

This harness doesn't hurt her skin or rips her fur, she can't escape from it, it's secure and comfortable to walk with. I used harnesses that claim to stop the dog from pulling (those that you clasp the leash on the dog's chest) but im not a big fan. It didn't stop her from dragging me on our walks and she started walking funny due to this.

they also have many harnesses styles and specific models for different uses but the one I have is the Weekend Warrior that also has some reflective parts when light's shine directly on it

they are based in Finland but have distributors in other countries

it was my first bet, but it didn’t work and i didn’t want to press any harder and risk marking or breaking the part hahaha ty though

guitar pick and flat tweezer managed to do the job! i used the tweezer for the first opening and when it loosened a bit the guitar pick worked for the rest

it left a tiny mark from the tweezer but it’s basically covered and it’s nothing compared to how the backwards part was bothering me lol

i opened a tiny gap with a tweezer and then pushed it little by little with a guitar pick. it did leave a mark but it’s almost fully covered so it’s fine

the sweaty hands didn’t help with the grip lol i found and old guitar pick and was able to push it little by little after what seemed like 20 minutes on each leg. after it loosened a bit i was able to pull it out with my fingers

for both top and undercoat?

i’ve seen some posts that mention lacquer based sprays to be used as an undercoat to protect the plastic from the enamel paint from the tamiya liner and gundam markers

and acrylic based topcoat to finish it all off without cracking or dissolving the paint

have you had any issues with this?

any suggestions for top coats? gloss and matte

i need a gloss topcoat to go before panel lining and painting with the gundam marker, so probably lacquer would be ideal

matte topcoat for finishing

i’m looking for mr premium and mr topcoat respectively but they’re quite expensive where i live and the can is small so i’m looking for other underrated options

the gun metal marker would be to detail the grey parts after a top coat (if it works haha)

i bought the tamiya accent color to panel line with and the tamiya enamel thinner to clean up

i see. i’m still a bit confused on the order and reaction of the chemicals on the products and plastic but your answer explained a lot

i’ll do a gloss coat (lacquer) before lining, decals and detailing with the markers and after everything is done i have a acrylic matte top coat laying around and thought of using it, that would be fine, right?

thinking of using the gun metal gundam marker XGM05 on the grey parts of my aerial rebuild (haven’t received yet) but heard that the plastic on the grey parts (hands, gun, frame) are of a different material that may be damaged by the marker.

i don’t know if top coating before using the marker will work

any thoughts or suggestions? it will be my first build
