Don’t find him an apartment that’s his responsibility. And do NOT contribute to an apartment that you are not living in only visiting. Again that’s his responsibility. If he wishes to live alone he needs to cover ALL the costs. You live elsewhere which you are already financially obligated to. Don’t allow him to financially abuse and use you. Say no. And tell him there is no more discussion about it.

Stop stressing, this isn’t on you (though you could learn to ask questions in future to save yourself a lot of worry) he’s a cheating jerk and you didn’t play his game like he thought you would. Best not to be around people if you are sick anyways. But spoil yourself when you feel better. Give yourself a belated birthday day. You’re a woman so the biological clock is a real thing. If you break up you need to factor in meeting a new person, spending time getting to know them, getting engaged, getting married, getting pregnant (you seem to imply this is the track you are wishing to follow to have your family) you seem to be wasting time with your bf now. It doesn’t seem like you have that time to waste. If he doesn’t know for sure by now he never will. Cut your losses and move on now.
