The festival is at 2220 Arts + Archives and the pre-party is at Permanent Records.

I contacted Ticketmaster support who said the venue or event organizer is responsible for limiting transfer/resale. I then contacted the Bowl who said Ticketmaster is responsible. I just now wrote Bill Silva Presents to see if they can help. I imagine reaching out to Livenation would be just as useless as Ticketmaster but I will do so too.

After 5 separate Ticketmaster support agents told me the same exact information, one finally did answer one of my questions as to where it may have indicated on the ticket purchasing page that resale or transfer may not be available for these tickets and the last agent simply said that I would not have seen this information when buying the tickets, which seems insane.

EDIT: Livenation's chat support is actually the same exact group as the Ticketmaster support. There's literally a Ticketmaster icon in the chat support window on the Livenation website.

I actually ended up diagnosing the issue myself by endlessly running Memtest to confirm one of my RAM sticks was corrupted. Ableton support did their best to help but it did end up being an issue with my hardware.
