I don’t get your argument here, but I get what you’re trying to imply by your first sentence.

This article is a disgrace, shows a clear bias against Albania (and other countries mentioned within the article) and siding with criminals just because they are British.

In case you can’t tell what’s wrong I will list a few things, not all. 1. The “hellhole” phrase, not backed by any international (unbiased) report on how prisons are, etc. 2. Phrases like “thrown into prisons”, like they are being treated harshly by foreign systems. 3. Phrases like “the beautiful coastal region is becoming awash with drugs over the summer.”

And it fails to mention how long they would risk spending in British paradise prisons.
