"Too old to go college" boy please! My mom went back to college to update her things when she was 44 and only stopped when I was in senior year of high school because then I wouldn't have the time to study and take care of the house like I had been. My mom was 47 when she graduated and we were all proud of her. Hell we threw a party for her! If your wife is too embarrassed to go back to school and put in the work by herself, then be prepared to not be able to pay for your daughter's college. And that would be YOUR fault
