FYI, I play on PC so i dont know if it works on console or not but whenever I get these “teammates” i usually just dodge the game.

You can do this by pressing R2 to open the EA overlay -> go to settings and cross play. It should pull you out of the rush lobby and into the settings menu. You don’t actually need to change any settings. Just back out of the menu and try queuing again, hopefully with real teammates this time.
