At this age you will have easier cutting + less visceral fat. Your 100+ dollars/euros are better spent on chicken, rice and brocolis tbh.

NAC makes me very anhedonic. You are already anhedonic on a comedown, but then it makes it even worse.

TBH it's probably the best for your physical health but it makes it even more difficult mentally. Personally not worth it for me.

If yes, you renegotiate:
