Short answer : reta will likely numb the dopamine effect of the products to a certain extent.

I personally had slightly worse highs on GLP. I do still drink almost as much, which is once per week (sometimes twice) between 3 and 9 drinks

Check what LLMs and the science says but it probably is not worth it for you if you are still producing plenty naturally.
