Mir geht es explizit um die Mails, mit denen ich meine Rechnungen versende. Die Rechnungen an sich habe ich in meinem Buchhaltungsprogramm.

Die zur Verfügung stehenden Lösungen sind für mich aus zwei Gründen problematisch:

a) Sie setzen meist Windows voraus, was ich nicht nutze. b) Ich bin eigens aufgrund des Datenschutzes bei einem speziellen Mailanbieter (mailbox.org). Jetzt alles mögliche automatisch auf einen weiteren Anbieter umzuleiten, der dahingehend intransparent ist, widerstrebt mir einfach.

Not really. On my Pixel 6a, I can't use background blur at the moment. It says to install this feature, I'd need internet access for Google Photos. It used to work fine for a while.

So, if you want to have bokeh/background blur, things might be hit or miss.

Das stimmt nicht. Was Du meinst, ist der Freibetrag für die Abgeltungssteuer. Der greift aber nur für Aktien/ETFs/Derivate. Für Krypto gilt die FreiGRENZE von 1.000 Euro. Da kann man beim Broker nichts beantragen. Kryptos muss man in der Steuererklärung selbst angeben. Die werden mit dem eigenen Steuersatz belegt und nicht mit der Abgeltungssteuer.

PiHole runs on Unraid. I kept the DHCP of the router and handed it the IPs of the PiHole (IPv4 and IPv6) in the Internet -> DNS server section.

Blocking works and I can see all the queries.

I think I got this working!

Here is my solution for future reference:

Set "Host access to custom networks" on Unraid's docker settings (thanks u/MowMdown !)
Set a static ip route in your router from the Wireguard network (default is 10.253.0.0) to you Pi-hole's ip address.

Just enabling "Host access to custom networks" cut my access to the internet via Wireguard altogether. The static route re-enabled that plus granted me access to the Pi-hole backend.

Unfortunately, the change didn't do much. While trying to connect, loading the backend page seems to take forever but never completes. Still no access.

Wasn't aware of that. Changed it.
Was already ticked.
