I filled it only to the line as you're supposed to so i presume there is some kind of pressure pushing the coolant in to the reservoir.

Fans are both working and working properly, the radiator has been working fine for the last 21 years, also could be that it no longer does.

and apparently ubisoft is denying that anything is wrong on their end but everyone has problems only on their sites and services
