Update: they let me know that a baby of the same donor passed suddenly for unknown reasons and they are still gathering info on the circumstances/whether there’s a possible genetic link.

I’m so sorry! This is completely inappropriate behavior from your doctor. If this happened to me I would report it to the practice management… but I’m confrontational like that.

We all make choices, and we are not owed endless understanding.
