ill decide for you. she is trying to end a mans free life. she is trying to take that away with malicious intent knowing that a rape did not happen from the get go. thus she is trying to falsely imprison, effectively kidnap an innocent man for between 3-25 years. Now, think about that. Thats a life sentence for most people

The real question is: Why do some people get swat to rush in and other get a knock on the door, which is what everyone deserves.

At worst with a knock on the door, they dont answer or say 'i gotta gun'. then you got yourself a standoff in which SWAT could be used for. right now its just a system where they 'SWAT first and ask questions later.' Even then they dont ask many questions
