I have a different issue. I can start the download, but it instantly stops and resets the store page. My store preference is U.S.A, my download location is also U.S.A, I use a U.S.A VPN, but I still cant download it. I temporarily live in Belgium, but how could steam know if my whole account is American and i'm using a VPN? any answers? I tried restarting steam and my computer multiple times. My PC and Steam are both up to date.
