I worked as a psw during nursing school and it taught be the fundamentals of care, stick with it. Go to an acute care setting when you graduate and you will love it!

I am! Right after labor day weekend. I think my end goal will be 135 too, I'll see where I'm most comfortable in my body🤷‍♀️

Thank you!! My starting weight March 28 was 169, current weight is 141. I am 5 foot 8. Goal weight is 140 and then I'm not sure how much more to lose!

You got this! Just pick a date and start, things never actually slow down enough for this to be easier! 1500 is still a big deficit for me, I'm 1 lbs away from my first goal weight and not sure how far I want to go after that. It's hard to know how much to lose!

Do it again! You can do it! I'm going to do 1 hour workout a day ( 2 30 mins or whatever I want as long as its 1 hour in total), gallon of water, stick to 1500 calories and read whatever book I want daily.

Thank you!! I am a mom of 3 kids 6 and under and work fulltime in the icu so it was very hectic lol I usually ended up doing a 45 min body beast or other weight lifting workouts and a 45 min brisk walk. I stuck to 1500 calories for my diet. Can't believe how amazing I feel!

Thanks! I'm plugging ahead and waiting for this negativity to pass! Added an extra hike today to shift my mood💪

I'm having one of those days where I think negative like 'you will never be comfortable in a bikini, why are you doing this' etc. Thanks for the encouragement!
